I was delighted that Sark in Maldon won the Best Regional Kebab Restaurant Award last year and that this year Paparazzi is a finalist for best newcomer.

I am a regular customer of both and congratulate them and all the businesses nominated tonight. I also want to thank them for the enormous contribution that they make to our economy, to our culture and to our country.“
