The SIXTH annual British Kebab Awards sponsored by Just Eat will be held on Monday 12th March 2018 at the Westminster Park Plaza Hotel.

The Kebab industry has become a huge contributor to Britain’s economic and cultural landscape, and the success of the British Kebab Awards shows just how important the Kebab has become.

Each year, the British Kebab Awards goes from strength to strength and we have an excellent board of Judges!

Rt Hon Nadhim Zahawi Conservative MP for Stratford-on-Avon and Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Education) who had supported the British Kebab Awards since its first year is again one of our distinguished judges. Similarly, Rt Hon Joan Ryan, Labour MP for Enfield North; Jonathan Reynolds, Labour MP for Stalybridge and Hyde; Steve Turner, Assistant General Secretary of Unite the Union; Joanne McCartney London Assembly Member; Samson Sohail, Sales Director at Cobra Beer; Rami Ranger MBE FRSA, Owner of Sun Mark and Co-Founder of the British Asian Conservative Link; Mustafa Topkaya, Restaurant Owner; Altan Kemal, Director of Alton&Co and Shany Gupta, founding Director and C.E.O of Duncan Lewis Solicitors will again decide the winners of the next British Kebab Awards.

We have wonderful new additions to our board judges this year! Conservative Peer, Baroness Sayeeda Warsi; Jennette Arnold London Assembly Member; Amjad Bashir MEP, Maurice Abboudi, Executive Director and investor in the K10 Modern Japanese chain of restaurants and takeaways; Lawson Muncaster, Founder and Managing Director of City AM; Jim Pickard, ​chief political correspondent of the Financial Times and Lucy Horobin, DJ at London radio station, Heart will evaluate each nominated kebab business in 2018.
